FRANCESCA
JOLENE´s CEO and chef got her humble beginings pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition before creating menus and meal plans for wellness companies in Barcelona.
Fusing food science and flavors from her Italian/Venezuelan culinary heritage, it wasn’t long before she was being asked to cook for private clients and catered events.

After nearly two decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry and several years as a designer Vanessa overlaps gastronomy and aesthetic to . coauthors many of the menus and aims to bring authenticity to each culinary experience
