Frequently Asked Questions

If you have questions about our holiday catering that are not answered below please reach out to us directly at holajolenecatering@gmail.com and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

  • The last day to order online is Friday, November 21st at 4pm. Orders made after this date are subject to availability.

  • Most orders include 200 grams per person per item.

  • Parties with an odd number of people can either order for one extra person, (for example if you are 5 people, you can order three feasts which serves 6 people) or order for one less and add on extra sides (which are about two portions each).

  • Everything is cooked, packaged and chilled the day before your delivery or pick-up. Sides are packaged separately and labeled. We recommend refrigerating your order until 1 hour before you are ready to reheat and eat. We use ecological, recyclable or compostable packaging whenever possible, so everything comes in either aluminum or paper based packaging.

  • Instructions to reheat everything will be online here, as well as included in your order. All of the sides to be reheated come in aluminum packaging which can go directly into a conventional oven or moved into microwave safe ware.

  • All of our meals are made fresh in house and can be refrigerated and enjoyed for up to four days from delivery or frozen to be enjoyed up to three weeks.

  • For allergies or other special instructions please make a note where it says special instructions at checkout. Please note that if there is an allergy we will take care that the entire order is allergy free (for example if you have a nut allergy, the entire order will be made without nuts). All food is prepared in a kitchen that does use nuts, so if it is a very severe allergy please email us directly to see how we can best accommodate you.   • All orders can be picked up at CARRER DE PERE IV, 354, SAN MARTÍ, 08019, BARCELONA, SPAIN. Pick-up hours are noon - 6pm on the pick-up day chosen at time of purchase, Thursday- Saturday of Thanksgiving week.

  • Orders are delivered on the day chosen at time of purchase, Thursday, November 27th, Friday, November 28th and Saturday, November 29th of Thanksgiving week. The time of delivery depends on your neighborhood - our delivery schedule will be available online. We ask that someone be available during the delivery window of your neighborhood to receive your order.

  • If you would like to make a special Thanksgiving order (for example single servings, custom feasts or a meal or side that is not available on our menu) we do custom catering with a minimum order of 300€.
